These terms cover your use of this website and the text messages our software sends. By using the site, or by agreeing to receive messages, you accept them.
This website
You may use this site to learn about Moonsplit and to contact us. Do not misuse it, try to break it, or use it to break the law. The content on this site belongs to Moonsplit.
Text messaging terms
Moonsplit sends text messages on behalf of the businesses that use our software. These are service messages about something you already have with that business, such as a confirmation or reminder for a service you scheduled. Each message names the business it is sent for. We never send marketing messages through this program.
- Consent. You receive messages only after you agree to them with the business, for example by telling their staff on a phone call or in writing. Agreeing is not a condition of any purchase or service.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies with your scheduled services.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop messages. You will receive one message confirming that you are opted out. Reply START to opt back in.
- Help. Reply HELP for help, or write to hello@moonsplit.co.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. How we handle your number and your consent is set out in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile information or opt-in consent with third parties for marketing.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it always will be.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Moonsplit is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from your use of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
